SAMACH R-T4 Automatic Edge Banding Machine
The R-T4 is a seven-stage automatic edge banding machine with pre-milling, gluing and pressing, end trimming, fine trimming, corner trimming, scraping and buffing. The factory sheet lists three feed-speed settings for higher-throughput work.

Pre-Milling
Prepares and levels the panel edge before gluing.
Gluing
Applies adhesive and bonds the edge band to the panel edge.
End Cutting
Cuts the excess edge band at the front and rear ends of the panel.
Fine Trimming
Trims the upper and lower edges for a clean, even finish.
Corner Trimming
Rounds and finishes the panel corners after edge banding.
Scraping
Removes remaining edge-band irregularities and glue traces.
Buffing
Polishes the finished panel edge at the end of the process.
