SAMACH R-T3 Automatic Edge Banding Machine
The R-T3 adds a pre-milling stage before the standard gluing and finishing sequence. It is configured for automatic panel-edge processing from edge preparation through final buffing.

Pre-Milling
Prepares and levels the panel edge before gluing.
Gluing & Pressing
Applies adhesive and presses the edge band firmly against the panel.
End Trim
Cuts the excess edge band at the front and rear ends of the panel.
Fine Trim
Trims the upper and lower edges for a clean, even finish.
Scraping
Removes remaining edge-band irregularities and glue traces.
Buffing
Polishes the finished panel edge at the end of the process.
