SAMACH R-T2+C Automatic Edge Banding Machine
The R-T2+C is based on the R-T2 processing sequence and adds corner trimming. It covers gluing and pressing, end trimming, fine trimming, corner trimming, scraping and buffing in one automatic line.

Gluing & Pressing
Applies adhesive and presses the edge band firmly against the panel.
End Trim
Cuts the excess edge band at the front and rear ends of the panel.
Fine Trim
Trims the upper and lower edges for a clean, even finish.
Corner Trim
Rounds and finishes the panel corners after edge banding.
Scraping
Removes remaining edge-band irregularities and glue traces.
Buffing
Polishes the finished panel edge at the end of the process.
